Support and Account Deletion
Help, local data controls, and account-backed deletion requests.

For help with Eat Steady, email support@eatsteady.app.
Include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of the issue.
Delete local data
- Open Today.
- Tap the profile/settings icon.
- Use the Privacy & Coaching controls to delete Coach history, meal journal, grocery history, or all local data.
Delete account-backed data
- Open Settings in Eat Steady.
- Sign out to remove local account state from the device.
- Email privacy@eatsteady.app with the subject “Delete Eat Steady account”.
Account deletion requests are matched to the Sign in with Apple account and any server-backed records associated with that account. Local data remains under your control in Settings and can be deleted on device at any time.
Medical and safety questions
Eat Steady cannot answer medical, medication, diagnosis, or emergency questions. Please contact a qualified clinician or emergency services for medical needs.
